-Heaven's Haze is the nickname for a newly created technology which fulfills desire. This technology due to this blurs reality and desire, tilting perception and reality of a person towards their desires. This is used as a mechanism of control by governments which regulate this technology which they then approve for commercial businesses to use for this purpose. The HAZE Act was passed with the implicit government use of this technology by President Harley functionally making the United States a dictatorship as he begins to use it to exercise political control over Americas institutions seeing it as a developing necessity to growing political unrest. -Red Lamb is a symbol that Detective Garcia frequently encounters in his dreams, also being found within his Haze state. Red Lamb is a skull of a lamb with a blood red obelisk standing upright behind it. -Red Lamb is in reality a state of hypnosis, the Haze technology spread with the manipulation of general bio-software in order to establish a collective psychosis as a mechanism of social control. -Project Red Lamb is a covert operation by the Harley campaign and later administration to deploy Haze technology throughout the White House and later the United States in order to control the legislature and the country to their liking. -basic part 1 of plot details 1. Newly elected Democratic presidential candidate Dave Harley wins a heavily contested race against incumbent Lynette Clyde, losing the Senate and House by 1 seat each to Republicans. Republicans refuse to accept the results of the election, creating a constitutional crisis. The incumbent Republican, Lynette Clyde, instructs her Vice President, Baron Trump, to reject the certification of votes on January 6th. Harley covertly plans with his vice President, CEO of nanotechnology robotics company, Eucharist, Rudy Gallego to take advantage of the crisis. They send campaign staffer and lawyer, Jacob Phillips to attempt to negotiate with the Clyde Administration before January 6th, providing terms such as the pardon of Barons of recently imprisoned business associates. Clyde attempts to circumvent negotiations, threatening to delay the inauguration by exerting and executive order that challenges the legality of the procedures of the election willing to carry out the consequences without the input of the supreme court and is willing to defy it, knowing the delicate balance of the country and that any major action conducted by either side will lead to a widespread civil war. Before Harley is able to assume the presidency, he needs a guarantee that any major Cabinet appointments don’t spark mass protests from Congress and a potential impeachment case alongside fundamental denial of his victory by a majority of the lawmakers elected. Harley assumes control of the Presidency but the U.S. is fragile and Congress was stagnant and split, due to this close split and his inability to pass bills, he develops a plan to use Haze technology in order to assume control of the government and prevent Civil War and expand his powers for his own purposes. 2. There is a disappearance in a San Francisco Haze regulated pleasure brothel where several workers give similar stories of how Becky Coolidge interacted with a man in a black trench coat, with a embroidered badge of a rebel organization. Bay Metro PD detective 1 Daniel Garcia and his partner, Jen Manami, are sent out to investigate and scope out the scene. After the nationwide prominence of the mass assassinations and widespread political chaos in San Francisco, Harley appoints a Federal Overseer over primacy in hierarchy of law in The Bay Metro Area, essentially having complete control of the area under their complete discretion, under the direct supervision of the President and his staff. Essentially isolating San Francisco legally and socially from the rest of the country, outcry is widespread with protests spilling across all areas of the Bay Metro Area. California Governor, Logan Tanaman, is indignant over the loss of legal control to his former local ally in Harley, as Tanaman was dealing with low approval ratings that cratered as a result of looking weak in the issue of the increasing insurgency developing specifically as a unique issue in San Francisco. Tanaman begins discussions with other governors over how to proceed, as other states are dealing with increasing insurgencies that are exacerbated by the commercialization of Haze and the loosening of its regulations, they feel as if Harley has no ground to stand on and see the Federal Overseer as a new precedent that threatens to strengthen insurgencies while giving governors no power to deal with it. Lynette Clyde begins discussions with the Montana Governor with Baron Trump meeting with the Texas Governor. Jaden Menendez demands Jest Squad after the first few days of her presence as protests, unleashing them onto several neighborhoods to begin an investigation and crackdown on 610 leadership. The children in a regimented fashion carry out a sequence of movements in conjunction with the recitation of the national anthem in order to the display the level of control that institutions, ideology, conceptions of justice truth and good moral conduct are imbued with a selfish desire, which tortures out of the individual the ability to will out of fundamental conceptions set and inoculated by institutions which seek to maintain its power and exercise it in a fashion it desires.
